Militants shoot, injure policeman in Kashmir

Militants tonight shot at and injured a policeman in south Kashmir's Shopian district, police said here.
Militants fired upon Constable Ashiq Hussain in Shopian town, leaving him injured, a police official said.
He said Hussain was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
The official said the cop is a personal security officer (PSO) of a protected person.
