Mindtree gains 3% on completing buyout of Relational Solutions

Shares of Mindtree today settled the day with gains of 3 per cent after the company said it has completed the acquisition of Relational Solutions Inc.
The Mindtree scrip today opened at Rs 1,292 and surged 6.10 per cent to an intra-day high at Rs 1,357.25 on BSE.
However, the stock eroded some of the gains and settled at Rs 1,318, up 3.03 per cent.
Similar trend was seen on the NSE as the stock opened at Rs 1,300 and touched an intra-day high at Rs 1,359.80, higher by 6.39 per cent from its previous close.
The stock of Mindtree closed at Rs 1,311.95, up by 2.65 per cent on the NSE.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has completed the acquisition of Relational Solutions, a US based IT solutions provider specialising in technology services to the consumer goods industry.
"Completed the closing conditions and obtained necessary regulatory approvals with respect to the acquisition of entire ownership interest in Relational Solutions, Inc," Mindtree said in a BSE filing.
