Mines-Secy designate Anil Gopishankar Mukim appointed OSD

Mines secretary-designate Anil Gopishankar Mukim has been appointed Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the Ministry of Mines, an official order issued today said.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved his appointment as OSD with effect from March 15, it said.
Mukim, a 1985 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre, was on February 28 named the new Mines secretary.
He will take over as secretary, Mines, from Arun Kumar, who completes his tenure on March 31.
