Union Territory Chandigarh recorded a minimum temperature of 11 degree Celsius, three degrees above normal, MeT department said today.
The maximum temperature of the city was recorded at 27.5 degree Celsius, 2 degrees above normal.
In Haryana, Ambala had a minimum temperature of 12.5 degree Celsius, 3 degrees above normal while Bhiwani, Hisar and Karnal settled at 10.6, 11.3 and 11.5 degree Celsius respectively.
Narnaul had a minimum of 9.5 degree Celsius.
Among other places in Punjab, Ludhiana had low of 10.5 degrees while Patiala settled at 14.5 degree Celsius, five notches above normal.
MeT department predicted sunny days in Punjab and Haryana in the next 24 hours.
