Minister for Medical Education Taj Mohi-ud-Din and Minister for Higher Education Mohammad Akbar Lone visited the residence of Feroz Ahmad Ahangar to express condolences with his family at Khonmoh in the outskirts of the city, an official spokesman said.
He said the ministers were accompanied by National Conference MLAs Nasir Aslam Wani and Mohammad Yasin Shah.
Ahangar, who was working as conductor of a truck, was among the 10 persons killed in the twin militant attacks Samba and Hiranagar yesterday.
