Minor fire at Nabanna

A minor fire is reported at
Nabanna and two fire tenders has rushed to the spot.
Fire brigade sources said there had been a report of fire at Nabanna, the state secretariat at 2.20 pm and two fire tenders had been sent and the fire has already been brought under control.
There was no report of any injury and movement of lifts were shut as precautionary measure. Being a holiday, security officials did not find any hurdle in managing the crisis.
Eyewitness said smoke could be seen belching from first and second floors.
Fire department declined to give any further details including prima-facie cause of the fire.
Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was out of Nabanna at the time the fire was reported.
