Minor fire at SSKM

A minor fire broke out at an
electrical feeder box of SSKM, the state's referral hospital, this afternoon.
There was no report of injury.
Family members of patients in the eye department complained of smoke.
Fire services department officials said four fire tenders were pressed into service but by the time they (tenders) reached, the hospital authorities along with PWD maintainence and CESC had brought the fire under control and taken necessary precuationary measures.
