drugged and gangraped by two persons in Meerut, police said today.
They said the family of the girl in its complaint has alleged that the minor had Wednesday gone to a shop near her house to purchase something. She was drugged and taken to a nearby room by two persons where they raped her.
She somehow managed to reach home and inform her parents about the incident, police said.
A case has been registered against Arvind, a resident of Shashtri Nagar area here, and his accomplice after the victim's medical examination confirmed rape, they said.
Police have arrested one accused in the case. Efforts are on to trace the other one, the spokesperson said.
