The girl went missing on April 4 after she went to school, according to complaint filed by her father, who alleged that his daughter was kidnapped by his tenant Sagar.
The minor, a student of class VI, was rescued and Sagar was arrested by the police last night.
According to police spokesperson, the medical examination of the girl has confirmed the rape.
The probe in the matter is on, the spokesperson said.
