Raipur police in-charge said that a few days ago, one Tinku had lodged a complaint against his neighbour's son Kunal.
Tinku alleged that Kunal had lured his 13-year-old daughter to an unknown location and raped her.
Acting on the complaint, the police have traced the girl and arrested the accused.
The girl's statement has been recorded before the magistrate, police said.
