allegedly raped by a man in Barodiya village of the district.
"Yograj Mali (25) allegedly raped the minor on Wednesday last while her parents were away, but a complaint was filed yesterday when they returned home," SHO Gyanchand Meena said.
The girl was going home after purchasing medicines from a medical store when the accused forcibly took her to an abandoned house in the village.
The victim alleged that medical store owner Chelbihari (40) guarded the gate while Mali raped her in a room of the house, the SHO said.
A case under sections 376 (rape) of IPC and POSCO Act was registered against the accused, Meena said.
