Mira is like my daughter: Supriya Pathak

Supriya Pathak may prefer staying away from being a part of saas-bahu saga, but the veteran actress is thoroughly enjoying her role as a mother-in-law in real life.
The 54-year-old "All Is Well" actress, whose son Shahid Kapoor tied the knot with Delhi based Mira Rajput in July, said for her she is nothing less than a daughter.
"I am very happy since Shahid tied the knot. I have a lovely daughter-in-law. Infact, she is like my daughter. Mira is a wonderful girl and I really enjoy being with her," Supriya told reporters.
Married to noted actor Pankaj Kapur, the "Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela" star said her relationship with the wife of 34-year-old "Haider" actor is same the way it is with her own kids.

"I have three children, I share different bond with everyone. I can fight with them. I can have fun with them. I also get angry on them. And it is same with Mira. She is new to the family and we are knowing each other with time," she said.
Supriya was in the capital to promote her upcoming TV show "Jane Kya hoga Rama Re!" that will air on Life OK starting from November 16.
