The incident happened when Manuala Georgenet, a B.Tech student at Noida International University, was walking back to her flat in Sector 36 from the complex, police said.
A passerby came to her help after she raised an alarm but by then snatchers had fled, they added.
On her complaint, an FIR has been registered at Kasna police station. No arrests have been made yet, police said.
