Missing man's body found in gunny bag

Body of a 26-year-old man, who had been missing for 10 days, was today found stuffed in a gunny bag in Muradnagar town here, police said.
The victim has been identified as Manish, a resident of Sheetal Puri.
The gunny bag containing the body was found in a drain near Noorganj. There are slit marks on the neck of the body, police said.
Manish had been missing since January 1.
Muradnagar Police Station SHO Subodh Kumar Saxena said that a missing person report was lodged by family members of Manish on January 1.
Later on January 7, Manish's wife Kajal registered an FIR against three persons accusing them of kidnapping her husband.

The body has been sent for postmortem and a manhunt launched to nab the accused who have been named by Manish's wife, Saxena added.
