Thoor dal and gram dal opened the week at Rs 13,200 and Rs 6,500 per quintal, an increase of Rs 200 and Rs 100 per quintal, respectively over the previous close.
Both then held on to the gain through the week and closed at the same rate.
Similarly, sugar was up by Rs 50 per quintal to Rs 3,950 from its previous week closing rate and ended at the same rate today.
Urad dal (Rs 13,800), moong dal (Rs 9,200), maida (90 kg) (Rs 2,500) and sooji (90 kg) (Rs 3,200) were quoted at the previous week's closing rate throughout this week.
