Postpaid mobile services will be restored in the Valley after remaining suspended for 11 days in the wake of violent protests that left 47 persons dead and 5500 injured.
"All postpaid mobile services are being restored tonight," a police spokesman said.
All mobile services, except BSNL, were suspended on July 15 after the protests erupted across Kashmir Valley over the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani.
