The meeting will follow Modi's meet with all the NDA constituents, a first on the session eve, and underlines the government's resolve to put in place a strong defence against the opposition onslaught it is set to face in the session beginning from July 21.

With Parliament convening on Tuesday for Monsoon session, BJP chief Amit Shah held strategy meetings with various party colleagues, including Union ministers Arun Jaitley, Sushma Swaraj, Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Piyush Goyal as well as party spokespersons during which Raje, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, was also present.
Chouhan joined the confabulations later.
Shah along with Jaitley and Singh later also met Modi.
