Modi govt anti-scheduled Caste, alleges NSCA

The National Scheduled Castes Alliance (NSCA) today accused the Narendra Modi government of being responsible for the "deteriorating and volatile" situation between the SC community and society and also the "crumbling" law-and-order in the country.

The NSCA is a socio-political organisation championing the cause of the Scheduled Castes community in Punjab.

"The Modi government is anti-Scheduled Caste, it only knows how to play the Dalit card," Paramjit Singh Kainth, the President of the NSCA, told reporters here.

He alleged, "The Modi government is responsible for the deteriorating and volatile situation between the Scheduled Castes community and society and also the crumbling state of law and order in the country, especially in states with higher Scheduled Castes population."
