The film has been directed by Ravi Udyawar.

Producer Boney Kapoor said "Mom" is Akshaye's finest performance till date.
"He is playing an important role and has done complete justice to it. It's going to be his career's finest performance. 'Mom' is Akshaye's real comeback," said Boney.
