Beside Mumbai, Pune and Nashik, entries are expected from Hyderabad, Bhopal and Vidharba for the annual event, sponsored by Gulf Oil Corporation, to be run over 80 kms, comprising 35 kms of a competitive sector and the rest transport.
The rally, open to all Indian-made scooters - two-stroke, four-stroke and gearless - is offering trophies and over Rs 75,000 in cash prizes, a media release said today.
Standard entries would be accepted till 5 PM on June 27, while late entries close at 1 PM on July 2, the release added.
