The victims identified as Anupma (27), Abha (4) and Abhay (2) were found with their throat slit by sharp weapon yesterday.
The husband of the woman was absconding after the incident.
The police is investigating the incident and looking for the absconding husband.
The sharp weapon used in the crime is yet to be recovered, they said.
