The accident took place last evening when driver of the car lost control over the vehicle while overtaking another vehicle and then overturned, they said.
Passengers were going towards Hisar for taking part in a religious programme in Satlok Ashram Barwala here, the police said.
The deceased were identified as Brahmvati (70) and her daughter Vimblesh (40), they said.
The injured Raj Kumar and Jitender were admitted to Hansi hospital while Kamlesh has been shifted to Hisar in a critical condition, police added.
