Mother-son duo found murdered at home

A woman and her six-year-old son were found allegedly murdered at their residence at Satpur in the district, police said today.
According to police, the incident took place on the intervening night of Sunday and Monday. The victims were identified as Pallavi Kachru Sansare (32) and her minor son Vishal.
"The mother-son duo was found murdered at their home at Shramik Nagar, Carbonnaka in Satpur. The incident came to light when the woman's husband Kachru Sansare, who works in an industrial unit, returned home on Monday morning from night duty and saw them lying in a pool of blood," police inspector Manoj Karanje said.

A case of murder has been registered against unidentified person/s and the bodies were sent for post-mortem.
Further investigation into the case is on.
