MP: Eight labourers killed in tower collapse

Eight labourers were crushed to death when an electricity tower they were trying to erect collapsed in Mahodia village near here, police said today.
The mishap occurred last evening when the labourers, all from Bihar, were raising the tower by fixing its angles when it suddenly collapsed on them, they said.
The deceased were identified as Ravindra Kushwah (20), Ganesh (42), Niranjan (21), Rajesh (21), Ammo Muni (40), Rajesh (25), Avinash (21) and Praveen Singh (40), police said.
