MP HC judge transferred to J-K HC, strength goes up to 10

Justice Alok Aradhe of the Madhya Pradesh High Court was today transferred to the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, taking its working strength to 10.
A Law Ministry notification said Justice Aradhe has been transferred to the Jammu and Kashmir High Court. He has been directed to assume his new charge on or before September 23.
While the approved strength of judges in the Jammu and Kashmir High Court is 17, with Justice Aradhe's transfer the working strength will increase to 10.
