The report was prepared by the intelligence unit of the department. It was submitted yesterday to Delhi Police chief B S Bassi, who forwarded it to the Lt Governor, a senior official said today.
"The report states, if the strike is not stopped at the earliest, it can lead to a range of untoward incidents, posing high threat to law and order. Apart from that, it has also become a big problem for smooth flow of traffic in the city," the senior official added.
