Sharma said the museums were necessary to acquaint people with the freedom fighter from Bengal.
"In Delhi, we hardly see Subhash Chandra Bose's presence. We have decided that through the Indian National Army we will create a grand museum on Bose. In fact, we have also spoken to DDA to get space in Delhi," he told reporters.
Sharma said his ministry is exploring if a part of the 24 acre land with Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts can be used to build the museum.
Sharma said three museums are also slated to come up in Uttar Pradesh - a Ram museum in Ayodhya, a museum in Gorakhpur on the city's history and its association with Gorakhdham, and a grand Kumbh museum in Allahabad.
He said work has begun on the three projects.
