Music fest called off due to bad weather

The 'Zoomapalooza' music festival that was scheduled to be held on September 16 here, has been called off over the unpredictable weather due to persistent rains in the city.
Regretting the last minute change in programme, organiser Zoomcar, a self-drive car rental company, said the event would be rescheduled, the date for which would be announced later.
"The recent spate of bad weather and persistent rains in Bengaluru has been quite unpredictable and we didn't want to be unfair to our guests.
"We will soon come out with a new date and ensure Zoomapalooza will be even more spectacular from where our audience can take lifetime memories", Greg Moran, co-founder and CEO of Zoomcar, said.

The event was to be headlined by Thomas Gold and DJ Alvaro, along with top international and Indian artists .
Indian artists on the line-up included KC Jones, Thaikkudam Bridge, DJ Ivan, DJ Nash and Daddy's Groove.
Along with the high-intensity musical extravaganza, various adventure activities like grape stomping, soap football, mechanical bull, and zorbing, among others were also scheduled to be part of the event.
