At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in September declined by 10 paise, or 0.08 per cent, to Rs 122.20 per kg, in a business turnover of three lots.
Likewise, the metal for delivery in August shed 5 paise, or 0.04 per cent, to Rs 121.50 per kg in 126 lots.
Analysts said offloading of positions by participants owing to tepid demand from consuming industries in the spot market mainly weighed on aluminium prices at futures trade.
