It will be produced in partnership with Seven Stories.
"When I first read 'Selection Day', I was completely overwhelmed by the scale and ambition of Aravind's vision - and moved to my core by its emotional power.
"Again", will be a supernatural detective series. Mukherjee is known for writing shows such as "Quantico" and "Justified".
Set in New Delhi, the plot will be led by a female homicide detective, who must put her career and life on the line when a recent murder connects to closed cases from her past, proving she has a serial killer to catch.
The streaming giant, which faces competition from other services such as Amazon Prime Video and Hotstar in India, is increasing its footprints in the country by backing local content.
These two shows come close on the heels of "Sacred Games" announcement. The series, an adaptation of Vikram Chandra's book, will have Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan in the lead role.
