During his appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", Evans addressed the rumours about his future in the popular franchise, reported People magazine.
"My contract is up. I have 'Avengers' three and four. We do three now and four in the latter part of the year and then after that, that is the end of my contract," Evans said.
Evans played the Captain America for the first time in "Captain America: The First Avenger" in 2011. He had then signed on to appear in multiple films as the popular superhero and first reprised the role in the 2012 movie "The Avengers".
