The 30-year-old model, who split from McFadden a year ago,said she is tired of talking about her split from the musician, reported Femalefirst.
"I am stopping to talk about because I literally can't talk about it anymore. I work so hard every day and then it's sort of overshadowed by a relationship that I'm not even in anymore. It's not fair on anyone," Williams said.
The model also opened up about her struggle with frequent anxiety attacks.
"I don't know if it will ever go away. I do get it quite alot. Not every single day but some days I would get it quite badly.
