N-F Railway observes Anti Terrorism Day

The staff of the Northeast Frontier Railway Construction Organisation observed Anti Terrorism Day today here by pledging to work for promoting peace.
N F Railway General Manager/Construction R K Singh administered the pledge to the staff at its headquarters in Maligaon to work for social harmony and understanding by opposing terrorism and violence in the society.
Anti-Terrorism Day is observed every year across the country on May 21, the day former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was assasinated in 1991, to generate awareness about the dangers of terrorism and violence and its effect on people, society and the country as a whole.
