Following is the combined weather
summary for Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha issued by the Nagpur Regional Meteorological centre here today.
Summary: Very light to rather heavy rainfall occurred at few places over Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha.
Very light to moderate rainfall occurred at many places over east Madhya Pradesh and at isolated places over west Madhya Pradesh.
Maximum temperatures largely fell over south east Madhya Pradesh, markedly fell over south west Madhya Pradesh and north Chhattisgarh, appreciably fell over north Madhya Pradesh, east Vidarbha and south Chhattisgarh and fell over west Vidarbha.
They were markedly below normal over Madhya Pradesh and north Chhattisgarh and normal over Vidarbha and south Chhattisgarh.

Minimum temperatures fell over Madhya Pradesh, west Vidarbha and north Chhattisgarh and changed little over east Vidarbha and south Chhattisgarh.

They were appreciably below normal over north Chhattisgarh, below normal over north east Madhya Pradesh and normal over Vidarbha, south east Madhya Pradesh, west Madhya Pradesh and south Chhattisgarh.
Akola recorded the Highest maximum temperature of 34 degree Celsius and Damoh recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 09 degree Celsius.
Chief amount of rainfall in cms are:- CHHATTISGARH : Sitapur 10, Ambikapur 6, Pathalgaon 4, Manendragarh, Katghora, Kartala 3 each, Surajpur, Pendra Road 2 each, Bharatpur, Baikunthpur, Kunkuri, Ramanujganj, Raipur, Pandaria, Dhamtari 1 each.

VIDARBHA :- Bhiwapur 5, Kalmeshwar, Kurkheda, Bramhapuri, chimur 3 each, Umrer, Saoner, Wardha, Samudrapur, Hinganghat, Deoli, Armori, Desaiganj, Sindewahi 2 each, Kuhi, Mauda, Katole, Nagpur(AP), Ralegaon, Gadchiroli, Joiti, Babulgaon 1 each.
MADHYA PRADESH :- Gotegaon 4, Kotma, Malanjkhand, Singrauli, Amarkantak, Annupur, Sohagpur 3, Bichhia, Jaitari, Dindori, Seoni, Sidhi, Amarwara, Mandla, Nainpur 2, Hanumna, Tendukheda, ghansore, Umaria, Pushpajganj, Keolari, Gudh, Multai 1 each.
Forecast: Rain or thundershower would occur at isolated places over east Madhya Pradesh Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh and dry weather would prevail over west Madhya Pradesh.
Local forecast:Partly cloudy sky.
Maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 28 and 20 degree Celsius.
