Carrom-ball spinner Nair is a part of Australia's U-19 squad and currently plays for New South Wales (NSW).
The 18-year-old will look to make his list A debut in the next month's four-team series.
Sean Abbott, who has debuted in Australia's T20 International side, will be the most experience player of the group with 31 First Class appearances for NSW.
The side will be coached by Graeme Hick and Ryan Harris, with Hick saying this side will be competitive and looking to claim victories across the month-long series.
