"To stop selfish exploitation of the words-- criminal and tainted-- there is a need of forming experts committee to find out foolproof definitions of these words," Naqvi said.
The party vice president demanded here that efforts should be made to draw a line between the role of the criminals and political or social activists.
"Vested interests sometimes paste the label of tainted on the social and political activists. This sort of nefarious blame game is harming the smooth functioning of democracy," he added.
Naqvi urged all the political outfit to support the prime minister's "ideal" suggestion because without political parties' participation the reform process in politics might be difficult.
"Combined effort is needed to check infiltration of tainted persons in political arena," he said.
The BJP leader also said that GDP growth at 5.7 per cent was enough to prove the present government's pledge to multiply the speed of production activities.
