According to the Zonal Director of NCB (Jodhpur) Neha Champawat, a tip-off was received that a consignment of charas has been kept in a house in Jhotwara area of Jaipur and was to be dispatched for Ahmedabad.
The house was raided and 18 kgs of charas was seized, he said, adding that two persons making packets of the drug was arrested from the spot.
They have been identified as Kafil Ahmed of Okhla in New Delhi and Mukesh of Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh.
"We found four packets in the house and two others in the vehicle which was to leave for Ahmedabad," said Champawat adding that a small hidden cavity was made in the vehicle to keep the drug.
