Nath takes over as OIL Resident Chief Executive

Nath will succeed N K Agarwal who retires from service today, an official release said here today.

A Geophysicist with over three decades of wide ranging experience in the hydrocarbon Exploration and Production sector, Nath had joined Oil India Limited in September, 1977 after completing his Masters in Applied Geophysics.

As a geoscientist, he worked in various Departments and Projects of OIL with great distinction and was promoted to General Manager (Geo Services) on January One, 2007.

He also served as the Chairman of OIL's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee and as member of distinguished professional bodies like Association of Exploration Geophysicists (AEG) and Society of Petroleum Geophysicists (SPG).
