Navdeep Singh appointed new Rajasthan DGP

Special DG (Law & Order) Navdeep Singh was today appointed the new Director General of Police (DGP) of Rajasthan.
The charge was given to Singh after the retirement of DGP Omendra Bharadwaj, according to an official, who added that Singh will hold the charge of DGP in addition to his current role.
Earlier in the day, the out-going DGP Bharadwaj was given a farewell by senior police officers and other staffers at the Rajasthan police headquarters.
Special DG Navdeep Singh, ADGs Manoj Bhatt, Jaswant Sampatram, Ajit Singh, and other officers were present on the occasion.
