 "BJD chief congratulates BJP over victory in LS polls")
BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik today congratulated BJP for its victory in the Lok Sabha elections, even as the party said it had not received any invite to join the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre.
"I do congratulate them (BJP) as they seem to have got a tremendous victory in the Lok Sabha elections," Patnaik said when asked about congratulating Narendra Modi.
Party leader Pinaki Mishra, meanwhile, said, "There is no occasion for us to join the NDA. We have no invite from them. Our leader Naveen Patnaik (Chief Minister) has made that clear. We are not adversarial to the government at the Centre.
