Need to share environment awareness: Speaker

People should realise their responsibilities about environment and its conservation, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Kailash Meghwal said today.
The Speaker said this at Ramniwas Bag here while flagging of a 'Run for Environment' and 'Cycle Rally', on the occasion of World Environment Day today.
Meghwal said there was need to maintain balance between conservation and eco-system for healthy flora and fauna.
Protection and conservation of existing vegetation specially in semi-desert of sand dunes was the need of hour, he stressed.
'Run for Environment' rally flagged in the morning passed through markets in the walled city for public awareness and give message for environment protect.

Rally was attended among others by NGOs, students of NCC, Scout and Guide, Engineering colleges, and government officials related to Wild, Forest and Environment departments.
