The company had reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 4.11 crore during the January-March quarter last fiscal.
Total consolidated income from operations during the fourth quarter of 2014-15 stood Rs 841.42 crore. It was Rs 738.32 crore during the same quarter last fiscal.
Meanwhile, Network18 Media informed that its results were not comparable with the previous period as Equator Trading Enterprises had become wholly owned subsidiary.
"Hence, the consolidated results of the current period include the results of these subsidiary companies. Eenadu Television had also become an associate with effect from January 22, 2014... To this extent, the results of this period are not comparable with the corresponding previous period," it informed.
Total consolidated income from operation for the year under was Rs 3,126.56 crore. It was Rs 2,692.38 crore in FY 2013-14.
Shares of Network18 Media closed at Rs 63.25 per scrip on the BSE, up 1.12 per cent from its previous close.
