Ghosh, who has worked with Shahid in all his three films - "Ishq Vishk", "Fida" and "Chance Pe Dance", said the actor was never supposed to be a part of his forthcoming movie.
"FYI- never approached Shahid or any known actor for #XXX. Film was always planned with fresh young talent. No sulking happening," Ghosh posted on twitter.
"XXX", to be produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures, is reported to be an erotic drama, which will focus on five short stories.
