While people may be interested in trying meditation, they don't have the time for a class or course.
The app teaches users mindfulness while they are doing everyday activities of their normal day.
The app contains guided meditation tracks for 14 different activities which make up your day so you can develop mindfulness anywhere and everywhere - on the train, at work, when online, at home and much more, its makers said.
There is a growing body of scientific evidence of the benefits of mindfulness and meditation. It has been shown to help productivity, concentration and mental wellbeing, the makers said on the app website.
Buddhify 2 is made by 21awake, a company based in the UK.
