The Governor, who is also the Chancellor of YCMOU, later interacted with its students through 'Yashwani', the university's web radio.
Maharashtra Water Resource Minister Girish Mahajan and YCMOU Vice-Chancellor Manikrao Salunkhe, among others, were present on the occasion, an official release said.
