Administrative and financial approvals from the departments concerned have been received and the bridge would complete by June next year, Commissioner of Meerut Division Alok Sinha said today.
Sinha said that he has issued instructions to all divisional officers to take up as priority the works announced by the Chief Minister.
He said that he has written a letter to the secretary of Communication and Information Technology Ministry for setting up an IT park in Vedvyaspuri residential scheme of Meerut.
Foundation work for ITI Kithore has been completed and Rs 2.5 crore has been released for the purpose, he said.
Sinha said he has also issued directives to officials concerned for completing installation of CT scan and MRI machines at Meerut medical college and the construction of link road at earliest.
