New chief of Indian Navy calls on Home Minister

Admiral Sunil Lanba, who took over as Chief of Naval Staff, today called on Home Minister Rajnath Singh here.
Sources said the 15-minute meeting of Lanba with the Home Minister was a courtesy call.
58-year-old Lanba, a specialist in Navigation and Direction, took charge today and will have a full three-year tenure as the chief of Indian Navy.
