New Delhi, Feb 19 (PTI) A criminal wanted in cases of

murder, robbery and theft in Kerala and Delhi was nabbed in Bangalore by a joint team of Delhi and Karnataka Police earlier this week. Sanjay Eknath Jadhav who was arrested in Malleshwaram area of Bangalore, had escaped from police custody in December last year before being produced in the Eduki District Court in Kerala. An FIR in this regard was filed in the Central Police station Kochi after which a massive manhunt was launched to nab him. Jadhav who was facing murder and robbery charges in Kerala was also involved in theft of one kg gold in the capital. After several raids across Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra by the joint team, the accused was finally nabbed. Jadhav has been produced in a local court and remanded in judicial custody, police said.
