A notification of Law Department of Puducherry said today that the Lt Governor has nominated Justice Jaichandren as the new Executive Chairman of the Authority in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court following the elevation Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar to the post of the Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.
Justice Paul Vasanthakumar was the earlier Executive Chairman of the Authority.
