Newly married woman found dead in Hyderabad apartment

A 27-year-old chartered accountant, who had married recently, was found dead in suspicious circumstances in an apartment at Somajiguda area here today, police said.
Anusha, native of Amlapuram in Andhra Pradesh, worked as a senior executive (finance) at a private company and lived in an apartment which she shared with two other women.
One of them found her dead in her room at 7.20 this morning, police said.
Anusha married Arjun, a software professional working in Bengaluru, on March 8, and returned here from honeymoon on March 23, assistant commissioner of police (punjagutta division) Venkateshwarlu said.
"Last night after having food at two different places she came to the apartment, had some milk and slept. In the morning she was found dead by one of her friends," the ACP said, adding the cause of the death was still not known.

Police suspect she may have died of food poisoning or committed suicide, or it could be a case of cardiac arrest. Autopsy is yet to be conducted.
